Regional IT manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the IT department's strategy, goals, and roadmap.
• Manage the IT department's budget, resources, and overall operations.
• Ensure the organization's technology infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications, hardware, and network systems.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
• Manage IT staff including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet business requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, software applications, and emerging IT trends.
