HR Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and regional needs
Collaborate with senior management to drive HR initiatives supporting regional growth and organizational development
Talent Acquisition and Management:Oversee regional talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent
Develop strategies for talent development, succession planning, and career advancement within the region
Employee Relations and Engagement:Cultivate a positive work culture and oversee employee engagement initiatives throughout the region
Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and facilitate conflict resolution in compliance with policies and regulations
Performance Management and Training:Implement performance management systems, feedback mechanisms, and training programs to enhance employee performance and growth
Identify training needs and facilitate learning and development opportunities to build skill sets within the region
HR Compliance and Policies:Ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with legal requirements and company standards
Provide guidance and support to regional teams to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations
Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze HR metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to derive insights for continuous improvement
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on HR initiatives and regional HR performance
