 Responsibilities:

Process & Underwriting Management:

• Supervise process management to ensure timely and quality underwriting for business loans.
• Educate and train the team for better process efficiency and optimum productivity.
• Ensure adherence to audit compliances.

Portfolio Quality Management:

• Review portfolio trends on key parameters frequently.
• Highlight hits and misses and implement corrective measures to maintain portfolio quality.

Business Enablement & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with business units and channel partners to drive business enhancement.
• Innovate and implement best practices in policy modification, process, cost efficiency, and product strategies.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and monitor team performance.
• Create a dynamic environment providing development opportunities and motivating high performance.
• Conduct training, provide performance feedback, and nurture talent.

Product & Market Knowledge:

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and in-depth understanding of the South market.
