Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Channel & Sales Management:

  • Achieve sales targets by managing relationships with IFAs and key partners
  • Build and expand mutual fund distribution networks including Institutions, PSU Banks, Private Banks, ND, and IFAs
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and corporate partners to drive growth

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the sales and sales support team for the assigned channel
  • Drive strategic sales planning, monitoring, and target achievement

Market & Strategy:

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies for mutual fund products based on market and industry analysis
  • Influence decision-making at senior levels of partner organizations
  • Prepare sales reports and contribute to product and service development
