Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall P&L performance of the region, ensuring achievement of financial and operational targets
  • Lead regional sales efforts including micro loans, secured loans, and other retail banking products
  • Supervise and mentor sales teams, ensuring effective team handling and performance management
  • Monitor territory, zonal, and cluster sales to optimize business growth
  • Maintain high portfolio quality and ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and HR processes
  • Drive customer relationship management and enhance customer experience in the region
  • Coordinate hiring, talent management, and training of team members
  • Utilize MS Office, Outlook, and other tools for reporting, communication, and operational tracking
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, team productivity, and regional business updates
