Role & responsibilities

• Experience of leading a large gold loans sales team - through knowledge of risk, credit and customer services functions of Gold Loans.
• Sound knowledge of Gold Loan Infrastructure and Vault Management.
• Ability to deploy adequate manpower and drive sales performance.
• Ability to engage with customers, cross- functional departments and dealers/agencies.
• Ensuring New acquisition & build up of Gold Loan Business to increase Net Weight Gold with the company with overall business and profit responsibility.
• Ensuring monthly & quarterly Gold Loan, Interest Collection & NPA reduction targets are met and Branches get satisfactorily audit rating
