Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Channel Management:

  • Identify and execute sales growth opportunities at the regional level.
  • Drive channel expansion and acquire new accounts.
  • Increase business loan volumes and manage the DSA database to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the channel network.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive faster loan sanctioning (TAT).
  • Monitor and support recovery of NPAs from relevant customers.

Process & Operational Excellence:

  • Adopt and implement process improvements to enhance operational productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines and process checks at all stages of unsecured business transactions.
  • Monitor sales volumes and value IRR for performance evaluation.

Customer & Complaint Management:

  • Ensure customer complaints are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
