Regional Head - Branch Banking

• An IndusInd Bank Regional Head for Branch Banking is responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving business growth, and managing teams to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and strategy: Lead and guide branch managers and other teams to achieve business objectives, including deposit and loan growth.
• Business development: Develop and execute action plans to increase revenue, acquire new clients, and expand market share.
• Customer management: Enhance customer satisfaction by managing interactions, retaining clients, and implementing engagement strategies.
• Operational management: Ensure operational soundness, efficiency, and compliance across all branches within the region.
• Team management: Manage and mentor teams, including Relationship Managers and sales staff, to build a cohesive and productive unit.
• Risk and compliance: Oversee risk management and ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance policies.
• Financial performance: Monitor and manage costs, and ensure the profitability of the assigned branches.
