Regional Enterprise Manager
Job Description
• Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts by expanding wallet share, driving contract renewals, and winning competitive conversions across IVD portfolios.
• Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships (CXO, clinical, procurement) to position long-term partnerships and enterprise-wide solutions.
• Lead complex deal execution including pricing, tenders, negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to deliver profitable growth.
• Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and VoC-led account plans to ensure predictable revenue and high customer retention.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition and long-term account growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions and optimize enterprise account performance.
