Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Account Management
  • Manage and grow strategic hospital and laboratory accounts by expanding wallet share, strengthening long-term partnerships, and ensuring high customer retention across the IVD diagnostics portfolio.
  • Business Development & Customer Acquisition
  • Identify and convert new enterprise opportunities in hospitals, diagnostic chains, and laboratories to drive sustainable revenue growth and increase market penetration.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, clinicians, lab directors, and procurement teams to position enterprise-wide diagnostic solutions and drive strategic collaborations.
  • Strategic Sales Execution
  • Lead complex sales cycles including tender participation, pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract renewals to achieve profitable business outcomes.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and create data-driven account plans to maintain predictable revenue performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, service, applications, and supply chain to deliver integrated solutions and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Retention & Growth Strategy
  • Implement voice-of-customer insights to strengthen relationships, improve service delivery, and identify opportunities for upselling and portfolio expansion.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop strategies that strengthen the company's position in the diagnostics and healthcare market.
