Regional Credit Manager - MFB

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end credit approval for retail and high-value loan cases.
• Supervise and guide underwriters, reviewing credit memos and sanctioning loans.
• Ensure adherence to documentation norms and authorize necessary deviations.
• Develop and implement credit programs and training to improve efficiency and risk management.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Strong experience in underwriting, credit approval, and risk evaluation.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with recovery and business units.
• Knowledge of compliance, credit policy, and documentation standards.
