Role & responsibilities:

• Warehouse operation Handling.
• Inventory management.
• Operation Team management.
• SOP development for warehouse and transportation.
• Daily report monitoring.
• Handling client escalation.
• Handling Client meeting, client escalations, operation review with client.
• KPI management.
• First POC for client
• Transportation management
• Vendor Management
• Monthly billing update
• Involve into new RFQ's cost part.
• Operation rollout.

Preferred candidate profile-

• Candidate should be from logistics company.
