Job Description

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering data from different departments, putting it in a readable format, and analysing it to identify trends and insights.
  • Report Generation: Creating and distributing reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) for management, often using advanced Excel functions and dashboards.
  • System Maintenance and Support: Providing support and maintenance for existing MIS systems, including troubleshooting and addressing user issues.
  • Database Management: Maintaining and updating databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Process Improvement: Analysing business information to identify areas for process improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Technical Support: Providing technical solutions to user problems and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicating with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
  • Strategic Planning: Contributing to strategic planning by analysing the impact of information systems on business processes.
  • Financial Reporting (in specific roles): Generating financial reports, analysing financial data, and assisting with the preparation of financial statements.
  • Taking follow ups on daily, weekly and monthly checklists from respective centre leads.
  • Ensuring that data collection from the centres is done within the stipulated timelines.
  • Any other task as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Knowledge of databases and data management principles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with various software and MIS systems.
  • Understanding of business processes and operations.
