Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Assess customer needs and provide tailored financial advice
• Handle loan applications and other financial services requests
• Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Sales & Growth

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets
• Upsell and cross-sell financial products where appropriate
• Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and portfolio

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure all activities comply with financial regulations and internal policies
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and documentation
• Support audits and reporting requirements
