We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Bancassurance Head to lead our bancassurance initiatives in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with banking partners, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive bancassurance sales in the region.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to promote insurance products.
• Lead and mentor a team of bancassurance sales executives to achieve targets.
• Conduct training sessions for bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

• 6-10 years of experience in bancassurance or insurance sales.
