Quality Assurance

Perform refractory inspections in accordance with API 936 standards and project specifications
Apply knowledge of ASTM and API codes to ensure compliance with material and installation standards
Conduct inspections during shutdown and turnaround activities, ensuring safety and efficiency
Evaluate refractory materials and installation methods for quality and integrity
Prepare detailed inspection reports and document all findings during shutdowns and routine checks
Coordinate with maintenance and project teams during inspection and repair activities
Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions in line with industry standards
Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting of inspection outcomes
Support continuous improvement of inspection procedures and quality control measures
