Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, and local healthcare providers.
• Visit referring doctors regularly to promote hospital services, facilities, and new consultants.
• Educate external doctors about hospital specialties, super-specialty services, health packages, and upcoming camps or events.
• Ensure prompt follow-up and feedback to referring doctors after patient visits or admissions.
• Coordinate with internal hospital departments (OPD/IPD) to ensure referred patients are well-managed.
• Track and maintain referral data, including source, service availed, and patient outcome.
• Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education), doctors meets, and referral appreciation programs.
• Share timely MIS reports on referral volumes and referral patterns with the management.
• Identify new referral opportunities and areas for business growth.
• Handle any issues or concerns raised by referring doctors in a professional and timely manner.
