- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Recruitment: Conduct recruitment interviews, screen potential candidates, and ensure successful hiring outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Recruitment Planning: Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet organizational hiring needs.
- Event Support: Flexibility to work on 14th/15th June 23 at Bangalore office for conducting face-to-face interviews.
