We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Team Lead to head our IT recruitment efforts. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of IT recruiters, drive recruitment strategies, and ensure the successful acquisition of top talent. Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Recruitment Execution: Conduct recruitment interviews and thoroughly screen potential candidates to ensure a strong fit.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and leadership.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Interview Facilitation: Be available to work on June 14th/15th, 2025, at our Bangalore office for conducting face-to-face interviews.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience as an IT recruiter.
  • IT Recruitment Expertise: Experience with IT recruitment is mandatory.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel to our Bangalore office on the specified dates (June 14th/15th, 2025) for interviews.
