Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our F&A (Finance & Accounting) hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the F&A domain, with a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet their hiring targets.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
