Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet employees regularly and build rapport with them
  • Understand and resolve employee concerns through effective grievance handling
  • Maintain a calendar and plan various engagement activities such as fun sessions, weekly and monthly events, rewards and recognition, birthday and anniversary celebrations
  • Draft and issue warning letters and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
  • Manage the exit process including documentation and interviews
  • Monitor and manage employee attrition
