Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Meet employees regularly and build rapport with them
- Understand and resolve employee concerns through effective grievance handling
- Maintain a calendar and plan various engagement activities such as fun sessions, weekly and monthly events, rewards and recognition, birthday and anniversary celebrations
- Draft and issue warning letters and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
- Manage the exit process including documentation and interviews
- Monitor and manage employee attrition
