Recruitment Development Manager - Kotak life Insurance

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents
• Train and develop agents on products, sales techniques, and compliance
• Drive business through the agency team to achieve monthly targets
• Motivate and guide agents for consistent performance
• Conduct joint field work and sales support activities
• Monitor agent productivity and improve performance
• Ensure policy issuance, renewals, and persistency
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers
• Plan and execute local marketing and lead generation activities 

Minimum 1–5 years of experience in insurance / agency / direct sales / BFSI

Experience in agency channel or team handling is highly preferred

Strong recruitment and team management skills

Good communication and leadership abilities

Target-driven with a proven sales track record

Ability to work in field sales and manage a team

Graduation is mandatory
