Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support US-based recruiters in scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Coordinate recruiting operations across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Handle high-volume recruiting tasks while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
  • Assist with recruitment projects to support hiring initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure documentation, communications, and system updates are accurate and timely.
  • Utilize HR tools such as Workday, iCIMS, Lever, or similar ATS systems.
