Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Interview Scheduling

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones and calendars.
  • Set up virtual or in-person interview logistics and platforms.

Candidate Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Provide guidance and regular communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on internal and external platforms.

Onboarding Assistance

  • Organize onboarding sessions and prepare documentation for new hires.
  • Coordinate logistics for orientation programs and HR touchpoints.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Liaise with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role-specific needs.
  • Share updates and collect feedback post-interviews.

Logistics Management

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and reimbursements for candidates, if required.

Reporting

  • Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, interview conversion rates, and source effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and HR systems is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
