Job Description

  • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Associate Manager/Deputy Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with the ability to implement effective strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates and maintain an active pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-9 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and recruitment metrics.
