Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Management:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for faculty and administrative roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including job board postings, campus events, and professional networking.
Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn and academic communities.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Provide insights and reports to senior management to improve recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in higher education or a similar sector.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
