Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for faculty and administrative roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including job board postings, campus events, and professional networking.

Candidate Screening and Selection:

  • Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Pipeline Development:

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn and academic communities.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and maintain recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Provide insights and reports to senior management to improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in higher education or a similar sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
