Job Description
This role is for a Recruiter Intern to support the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client and candidate coordination, from understanding job requirements and sourcing to arranging interviews and ensuring successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the client's business, their competitors, and the specific job, position, and skill set requirements.
- Source profiles as per client requirements, with the help of a recruiter.
- Interview shortlisted candidates and arrange various levels of interviews (Telephonic, F2F, Video) with clients.
- Coordinate with the Team Lead and candidates throughout the process, from sourcing until joining and through the replacement period.
- Conduct daily research on profiles and clients for better delivery.
- Meet targets and ensure timely submission of MIS/Reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- A Graduate / PG with experience in Non-IT recruitment, or a Fresh MBA aspiring to build a career in recruitment.
- Must possess good communication and interviewing skills.
- A go-getter with a strong interest in a result-oriented job nature.
- Open to learning new recruiting methods and a challenge taker.
