Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing relevant candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn, and ensuring timely and quality placements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify relevant candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn) and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client specifications
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracker sheets on a daily basis
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience
• Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets set by the team manager
• Collaborate with freelancing, staffing, and internal recruitment teams as required
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports and share updates with management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Ability to source and approach relevant candidates efficiently
• Familiarity with job portals — Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn (preferred)
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email)
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field
