Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Healthcare Consulting).
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
