Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Provide timely updates and communication to candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS or recruitment tracking systems.
  • Draft offer letters and assist with onboarding processes as needed.
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).
  • Represent the company positively to candidates and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Understanding of job market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in [industry: IT, healthcare, finance, etc.].
  • Exposure to technical hiring (developers, engineers) or bulk/non-tech hiring.
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (optional).
