Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Provide timely updates and communication to candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS or recruitment tracking systems.
- Draft offer letters and assist with onboarding processes as needed.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).
- Represent the company positively to candidates and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Understanding of job market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in [industry: IT, healthcare, finance, etc.].
- Exposure to technical hiring (developers, engineers) or bulk/non-tech hiring.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (optional).
