Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams
  • Evaluate applicants for skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Extend job offers and handle negotiation processes
  • Support on-boarding of new hires
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws
  • Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi
  • Proficient in using job portals for sourcing candidates
  • Experienced in screening resumes, shortlisting profiles, and coordinating interviews
  • Knowledge of job posting techniques across various platforms
  • Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently
  • Immediate joiner preferred
