Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the Record to Report cycle.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• For senior roles, lead and manage a team to achieve departmental goals.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within the RTR function.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience.
• 5-8 years of experience (team handling experience is required).
• 8-12 years of experience (team handling experience is required).
• 10-15 years of experience (team handling experience is required).
• Skills:
• Expertise in Record to Report processes.
• For senior roles, proven team handling capabilities.

Additional Information

• Salary:
• ₹5.6 LPA for 3-5 years of experience.
• ₹8.3 LPA for 5-8 years of experience.
• ₹13.5 LPA for 8-12 years of experience.
• ₹20.5 LPA for 10-15 years of experience.
