Record to Report (R2R) Team Lead

• Lead and manage the Record to Report (R2R) process including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings

• Ensure accurate preparation and posting of journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management

• Monitor compliance with US GAAP, SAP systems, and accounting standards

• Supervise a team, providing guidance, training, and performance management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline processes

• Generate financial reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders

• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in accounting and reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports in line with statutory and internal requirements
