Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Record To Report (RTR) Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RTR processes, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large teams. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting and contributing to strategic financial planning.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team with a team size of 30+.
  • Drive operational excellence within the Record To Report function.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members.
  • RTR & Finance Operations:
  • Oversee all aspects of RTR and operations.
  • Manage GL Accounting, SOW (Statement of Work), Budgeting, and Financial Goal setting.
  • Conduct Finance Reviews and contribute to Business Planning.
  • Coordinate Transition Coordination activities as needed.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Conduct thorough Financial Reviews to support decision-making.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 13+ years of experience in RTR & operations.
  • Mandatory on-paper experience as a manager with significant team handling experience.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in Record To Report, Finance Account, GL Accounting, SOW, Budget, Financial Goal, Finance Review, Business Planning, and Transition Coordination.
  • Gender: This position is for female candidates only.

Additional Information

  • Salary: Up to ₹40 LPA.
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days.
