Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage the front office and reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.

  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including preparing documents and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
