Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
  • Greet visitors professionally and assist them with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier coordination.
  • Maintain visitor logs, records, and basic administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate daily office activities to ensure smooth front office operations.
