Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
- Greet visitors professionally and assist them with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier coordination.
- Maintain visitor logs, records, and basic administrative documentation.
- Coordinate daily office activities to ensure smooth front office operations.
