Key Responsibilities
Welcoming and Greeting
- Greet visitors, patients, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide necessary information and direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
Phone and Correspondence Management
- Handle incoming calls, screen and forward them to relevant individuals.
- Provide information, take messages, and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Front Desk Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented front desk.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and monitor office supplies.
- Assist with basic administrative and data entry tasks.
Customer Service
- Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance to visitors or clients.
- Maintain a helpful and professional attitude in all interactions.
Multitasking and Organization
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Maintain accurate records and support other departments as needed.
Technology Proficiency
- Operate office equipment and computer systems efficiently.
- Use email, scheduling software, word processing applications, and other relevant tools.
