Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and Greeting

  • Greet visitors, patients, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide necessary information and direct guests to the appropriate person or department.

Phone and Correspondence Management

  • Handle incoming calls, screen and forward them to relevant individuals.
  • Provide information, take messages, and respond to inquiries effectively.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Front Desk Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented front desk.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and monitor office supplies.
  • Assist with basic administrative and data entry tasks.

Customer Service

  • Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance to visitors or clients.
  • Maintain a helpful and professional attitude in all interactions.

Multitasking and Organization

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure smooth front desk operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and support other departments as needed.

Technology Proficiency

  • Operate office equipment and computer systems efficiently.
