Job Description
- Greet patients and visitors courteously and handle incoming calls by answering queries or directing them appropriately
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients and visitors regarding services and procedures
- Schedule patient appointments and inform the concerned doctors or counsellors accordingly
- Manage patient flow by notifying doctors or counsellors of patient arrivals and appointment status
- Monitor service delivery against schedules and remind doctors or counsellors in case of delays
- Maintain patient records systematically, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage office inventory and equipment by checking stock levels regularly
- Anticipate supply requirements and initiate purchase procedures as needed
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Offer support and basic guidance to patients as required during their visit
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and leads to explain the facility and available services
