Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist / Front Office Executive to join our team at Seven Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office and reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including preparing documents and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
