Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for our visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.
