Real Estate Industry (Developer)

We are seeking a professional to join the Real Estate Industry (Developer) team to handle all aspects of post-sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You will be responsible for payment collection, customer follow-up, and registration reporting. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle one-on-one client interactions, agreement drafting, and possession handling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Post-Sales CRM: Handle all post-sales CRM activities, including regular customer follow-ups and addressing their doubts and clarifications.
• Financial Management: Manage payment collection follow-ups and handle recovery and collection processes.
• Documentation & Reporting: Assist with agreement drafting and manage collection and registration reporting.
• Possession Handling: Oversee the process of handing over property possession to customers.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in post-sales collection within the real estate industry.
• Strong communication skills and an excellent command of the English language.
• The ability to provide clear and smart answers to all customer questions.
• Experience in one-on-one client interaction and handling customer relationships.
• Proficiency in drafting agreements and managing reporting.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
