React Native Developer

What will you do

• Design, develop, and enhance a React Native mobile application for iOS and Android, focusing on high conversion rates.
• Implement dynamic listing features and ensure a smooth browsing experience.
• Optimize profile traffic and improve user engagement through innovative UI/UX.
• Collaborate with native iOS and Android developers to integrate and optimize native modules within the application.
• Improve app performance, responsiveness, and scalability to handle high traffic.
• Integrate analytics tools to track and optimize user interactions.
• Implement A/B testing to refine UI components and user journeys.
• Implement and maintain push notification and in-app messaging systems to enhance user engagement.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Deploy applications to App Store and Google Play Store and manage updates efficiently

Required Skills Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in mobile application development with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred).
• Experience in building applications with listings, search functionality, and profile engagement.
• Solid understanding of React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and React Navigation.
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party SDKs.
• Strong focus on conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
• Experience working with native iOS and Android developers to integrate and optimize native modules.
• Knowledge of Swift, Kotlin, or Objective-C for better collaboration with native teams.
• Experience with performance profiling, memory optimization, and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc).
• Understanding of iOS and Android development guidelines.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Detox, or Appium.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, in-app messaging.
• Experience with deep linking and referral programs.

Criteria:

• Candidates should be working on Series A to Series D level product based companies.
• Should have more than 5 years of experience with minimum 3 years of experience in React-native.
• Should have built an APP end to end or at least a part of business end to end.
• Should be working at an office or hybrid model.
• Should have mentored a couple of folks. (optional)
