React Lead

Strong in Javascript, React, redux, ES6, Leadership Skills (minimum 4 years into react experience required)

• Good exposure on JS framework
• Experience on React and concepts like Redux, Middleware.
• experience in unit testing
• good in web concepts
• 6.5 - 9.4 years of solid experience in front end technologies
• Minimum 3+ years of strong real time experience in developing React JS based applications with Redux
• Should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of integration of REST & Authentication services.
• Experience in React hooks is a plus
• Experience in developing highly interactive web applications using JavaScript, ES6 and above, HTML, CSS
• Good understanding of any CSS frameworks (Bootstrap or Material Design)
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Experience in unit testing code with JEST / enzyme / Jasmine / Mocha / Chai is desired
• Familiar with responsive web design
• Excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Should have a knowledge of current trends and best practices in front-end technologies, including performance, accessibility, and usability
• Knowledge of backend technologies Node / ROR / PHP / Java
