React Developer – AIG Demands

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

• Implement functional components, React Hooks, and state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or Recoil

• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage JSON-based data for seamless frontend-backend communication

• Collaborate with team members to develop scalable, high-performance user interfaces

• Solve scenario-based problems and demonstrate practical, hands-on skills in React development

• Support insurance domain workflows, particularly Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance processes such as policy management, claims, and underwriting

• Utilize knowledge of insurance systems like Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) when applicable
