Job Purpose

Develop and lead the Customer Marketing strategy for a specific Retail Environment (RE) to drive brand performance and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Segmentation:

• Develop trade segmentation and go-to-market strategies
• Coordinate with Customer Development and Consumer Insights to build consumer/shopper segmentation
• Define RE strategy to identify incremental growth opportunities

Insight Development & 5P Strategy:

• Lead shopper insight development and application by retail environment
• Work with Consumer Marketing and Insights to develop research programs for shopper behavior
• Design and innovate 5P strategies tailored to retail environments
• Regularly evaluate and improve the effectiveness of promotional activities and shopper solutions

Performance Tracking:

• Monitor CP and category performance by RE
• Establish KPIs for each category and ensure robust tracking mechanisms
• Modify RE plans to ensure consumption growth, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with brand P&L

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–4 years of total experience, minimum 2 years in FMCG
• 1–2 years of field sales experience
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school
