Rcm Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage performance monitoring across teams to ensure achievement of SLAs and KPIs.
• Conduct quality audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Own and deliver regular MIS and performance reports, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure regulatory and client compliance with US healthcare standards and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team leads and quality analysts.
• Act as a point of escalation for quality and performance-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in US healthcare operations (RCM, payer services, or provider support).
• Strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks, performance metrics, and healthcare compliance.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting (MIS), and process documentation.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change.
