R&D Manager For Phthalocyanine Pigment Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Product Development:

• Lead research projects focused on synthesis, modification, and formulation of phthalocyanine pigments.
• Develop new pigment products and enhance performance of existing formulations.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, trials, and scale-up studies for commercialization.
• Analyze experimental data and optimize pigment properties such as shade, strength, dispersion, and stability.

Project Management:

• Plan and execute R&D projects from concept to commercial launch.
• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, procurement, and marketing teams.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

Technical Expertise & Compliance:

• Stay updated with advancements in pigment chemistry, raw materials, and processing technologies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain laboratory safety protocols and documentation systems.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of R&D scientists, chemists, and technicians.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare technical reports, product specifications, and regulatory documentation.
• Present R&D progress and findings to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, trials, and product validations.
