R&D Executive / Officer – Pigment / Ink

Design and develop new pigment and ink formulations based on market trends and customer requirements.

Conduct chemical reactions such as halogenations, Friedel-Crafts alkylation & acylation, hydrogenation, ethylation, epoxidation, and esterification.

Scale up chemical processes using pilot plant assemblies and monitor reactions in 6–8 KL reactors.

Perform solvent removal via high vacuum distillation and rotary evaporator distillation units.

Analyze reaction samples using GC instruments, UV spectrophotometers, and other laboratory equipment.

Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and R&D documentation.

Collaborate with production, marketing, and quality assurance teams for successful product launches.

Ensure regulatory compliance and implement eco-friendly materials and processes.
