R2R (TL To Manager)

We are seeking experienced professionals for Record to Report (R2R) roles, ranging from Team Lead to Manager positions. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in R2R processes and proven team handling experience. These roles are critical for ensuring accurate financial reporting and driving operational excellence within our finance function.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage comprehensive Record to Report (R2R) processes.
• For team lead and manager positions, team handling experience is mandatory.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Possess hardcore and in-depth experience in R2R.

Required Candidate Profile

• Education: A Commerce Graduate degree is required.
• Communication: Need decent communication skills.
• Notice Period: Maximum 30 days.

Experience & Compensation

• 6+ years of experience in R2R (including 1+ year as Team Lead): Up to ₹8.3 LPA
• 8+ years of experience in R2R (including 2+ years as Assistant Manager): Up to ₹13.5 LPA
• 11+ years of experience in R2R (including 2+ years as Manager): Up to ₹20.5 LPA

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Shift: 5:30 PM - 2 AM
• Transport: Both-side cab service provided.
