We are seeking an experienced R2R professional to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Record to Report process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements in the R2R cycle.
• Support financial analysis and provide insights to management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Record to Report or relevant financial roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
